Fall Season Starts Sept 12th
With close to 500 kids signed up for the fall season, this is without a doubt our biggest fall season ever. Games will begin at 1pm at Boardman High School. We look forward to another successful season.
YSU Day scheduled for sept 11
The Youngstown Youth Flag Football Association will be attending it's annual YSU day at Stambaugh stadium for the home season opener, there will be food, games, and fun. More information to come!! Click

Coaches meeting
Noone makes a bigger impact on our children than volunteer coaches. We want to personally thank all the dads for taking the time out to help with the growth of the league. The coaches meeting is scheduled for Thursday Sept 2nd at 6:30 at St. Charles Catholic School on 224 in boardman. Jerseys, flags and belts will be issued.
Facebook increases parent interaction
With the use of the social networking giant Facebook, the YYFFA has been able to expand and increase the traffic to our website. We encourage and invite you to "like" us below if you have a facebook account. This is also another way for friends and family to view phots and video clips of your child.
League President speaks at local football camps
Elliott Giles, league president was invited to speak at two local football camps this summer. Poland's Head Coach Mark Brungard and Ursuline's Dan Reardon (both with sons in the YYFFA) also encouraged the kids to play and spoke highly of the league.
Y2 Sports participates in annual St Patrick's Day Parade
The 7-8 Redskins participated in the relay for life cancer walk held in Boardman. We are very pleased and proud the YYFFA was represented in this event.
