Our Goal? Our goal is to provide a National Championship caliber team from the state of Ohio. The NFL organizes 8 Regional Tournaments a year. Last year the YYFFA Penguins took a 9-11 boys team to Cincinatti (finished 2nd), New York (finished 8th) and 12-14 girls team that won the Cincinnati Regional and earned a trip to Orlando, FL. to compete in the National tournament of Champions held at the Wide World of Sports Complex which was aired on ESPN in February. We hope to get both divisions to qualify for Nationals this year. What is the Ohio Cup Series? The Ohio Cup Series was created by Flag Football Fanatics, Youngstown Youth Flag Football Association (YYFFA) and United States Football Touch League (USFTL) to provide competitive tournament throughout the summer. We welcome teams from other organizations and surrounding states. Who picks the team? The coaches will be responsible for forming their own teams. Registration will be accepted on a team basis only. Roster size cannot exceed 10 players. What are the age divisions? <> 5-6 Age Division = Children are the QB's in all age divisions/No rushing the QB in 5-6 Division <> 7-8 Age Division <> 9-11 Age Division <> 12-14 Age Division Age Divison cut-off is April 1st, 2011 Where will the tournaments be held? <> June 25th in Hilliard, OH near Columbus <> July 16th at Grandview HS in Columbus, OH <> July 30th at Boardman HS (Youngstown, OH) <> August 13th at Mentor HS near Cleveland, OH All tournament dates/locations are tentative Rules?
