3 Teams Headed To Nationals

Indianapolis, IN - Congrats to our 9-10, 11-12 & 13-14 girls teams who secured their spot and will represent the YYFFA at the NFL Flag National Championships to be held in Orlando the week of the Pro Bowl in January. Good luck to all 3 teams.
YYFFA Wins MI State Title

Commerce, MI - Our group of 7-8 year olds traveled to Michigan in November and brought home the State title for the 3rd grade division. Through six games, they gave up only 30 points while going undefeated.

3 Teams Win State Tournament

Euclid, OH - 4 teams represented the YYFFA in the USFTL Ohio State Tournament. Our 5-6's made it to the title game, but the 7-8, 9-10s and 11-12s sweeped the other divisions and claimed the trophy. Way to bring it back to Youngstown boys!

League President Joins Summit

Houston, TX - Congratulations to our League President Elliott Giles for being invited by NFL Commisioner Roger Goodell to take part in the 2017 NFL Women's Summit in Houston, the week of the Super Bowl. He was part of forum which included former and currrent NFL players and coaches who spoke with 500 young women from the Houson area.
Players Donate 500lb of Food

Youngstown, OH - Every year, the YYFFA gives back to the community. This Fall season, the league collected close to 500 pounds of non-perishable food. Which calcualtes out to over 400 meals to less fortunate families in the Mahoning County.
Contributions To Book Drive

Youngstown, OH - Players from the YYFFA visited and donated over 300 books towards the Books-A-Million Holiday Book Drive for Akron Children's Hospital's Reach Out and Read program.
Hall of Fame Kickoff Event

Canton, OH - This Summer a group of kids from the league took part in the annual festivities at the Pro Football Hall of Fame to kick-off to the 2017 NFL season.
